Condabri Beef (Drury Farming Company Pty Ltd) is a family owned and operated integrated Feedlot, Backgrounding, Logistics & Farming Enterprises. The feedlot is located 25km south of Miles & 15km from Condamine.
Purpose
We are seeking motivated Feedmill Hands to join our expanding team. These people will work every day in the feedlot feedmill and commodity related operations area.
This role is to support in the production and distribution sustainable stock feed across the feedlot including the operating of tractors and mixer wagons to complete daily feeding of cattle.
You’ll be a proactive and positive member of the Condabri Beef team, who has a passion for cattle, willingness to learn and be part of an expanding family organisation.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
• Driving/operating tractors and mixer wagons to load feed, mix and deliver rations to pens as directed.
• Operating front end loaders, telehandlers and tractors with attachments.
• Perform safety and maintenance checks and pre starts on machinery before and after operations and recording and reporting of any issues.
• Coordinate with management to ensure mill and feeding operations are run efficiently to optimise feed intake, maximise production and minimise operating costs.
• Ensure facility hygiene and maintenance programs to maximise efficiency.
• Operating the mill to maintain a high level of quality control in accordance with quality management standards implemented by the company.
• Daily team communication and alignment with Livestock, Maintenance, Office and Logistics.
• General feedlot duties including operating machinery and maintenance.
• Perform other tasks and duties as required from time to time as required by the needs of the business.
Ideal skillset;
• Driver’s licence and own transport essential.
• Willingness to work on a roster basis (10 days on / 4 days off).
• Able to work autonomously or as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Elynx Programs – FB3000 experience an advantage.
• Strong focus on safety, animal welfare and bio-security standards.
• Be willing to make on the spot decision making.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance Programs.
• Flexibility - able to meet changing requirements.
• Always demonstrate commitment to safe working practices and animal welfare.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording data.
• Be well mannered and have a good, clean appearance with a positive attitude.
• Physically fit to meet the inherent requirements of the role, including manual handling tasks.

Purpose
With the completion of our newly expanded feedlot facility Condabri Beef is expanding its 35,000-head feedlot operations livestock team and seeking experienced, motivated Livestock Leading Hands to join our growing team.
We’re looking for proactive and positive individuals who are passionate about cattle, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a thriving, family-owned organisation.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
· Support the Livestock Assistant Manager and Livestock Manager with daily operations.
· Lead the livestock team every second weekend to deliver best practice in livestock management and processing.
· Coordinate and be responsible for weekend operations including daily update.
· Be responsible and accountable for all QA paperwork for arrival and dispatch requirements.
· Perform daily pen riding and pen movements using low-stress stock handling techniques
· Monitor and maintain the health of cattle and horses in the feedlot, adhering to QA standards and company procedures
· Manage induction and drafting of all livestock, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and animal welfare
· Maintain effective daily communication and coordination with the Feedmill, Maintenance, Office, and Logistics teams
Ideal Skillset
The following skills and attributes are essential for this role:
· Ability to work a 10/4 roster
· Previous feedlot leadership experience is required
· A current driver’s licence and reliable transport
· Ownership of two suitable working horses, fully vaccinated for Hendra
· Solid horsemanship background with proven, hands-on experience in handling, training, and caring for horses
· Demonstrated livestock handling skills and sound knowledge of animal behaviour in a feedlot environment
· Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling and other physically demanding tasks
· Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
· Experience using Elynx programs, including StockAid and FY3000
· Strong commitment to safety, animal welfare, and biosecurity protocols

We are currently looking for motivated, knowledgeable, independent employee to fill the full time role of Livestock hand, with potential to progress to manager. The Feedlot is one part of our farming enterprise also consisting of sheep and broad acre cropping.
Responsibilities:
• Daily livestock handling including stock monitoring and movement.
• Diagnosis of animal health symptoms.
• Administration of animal health treatments.
• Maintaining accurate records to meet Quality Assurance requirements.
• Cattle induction and drafting.
• Operation of tractor and front end loader.
• Feedlot maintenance including trough cleaning and pen cleaning.
• liaising with Vet, Nutritionist and stock agent.
Criteria:
• Experience with cattle handling preferred.

The Opportunity
As Workshop Storeperson you will report to the Workshop Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our maintenance operations running smoothly, supporting technicians, managing stock, and ensuring parts are ready when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Use Gearbox (maintenance management software) to manage parts inventory and job records
Receive, check, and organise parts and consumables
Pick and prepare parts for jobs, and manage stock levels accurately
Travel to local suppliers for parts pickups
Liaise with technicians and suppliers professionally
Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised parts store and workshop
Assist with general workshop duties as required
Support basic maintenance training for equipment operators

Good computer skills (inventory/order systems essential)

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Feedmill Leading Hand to join our expanding business. Working on a 10:4 permanent roster, you will be a part of a team to operate the feeding facility near Moora, WA. This is WA’s largest feeding facility and is designed to supply Harvest Road’s processing facility, Harvey Beef.
You will support the Feedmill Manager by leading and training employees to ensure the optimal performance of feeding program and milling facility to promote optimal growth in the cattle. You will be a self-motivated person who is hands on and passionate about the agriculture industry. You will also have a strong work ethic and be willing to learn and contribute to the team.
Please note:
• This is a permanent position, those on short term/working holiday visas will not be considered.
• You will need to have a current driver’s licence and own transport.
Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Report to Feedmill Manager any staffing or production issues in a timely manner.
• Lead a team of 7-10 members to ensure the mill team maintains a high level of quality control in accordance with quality management standards implemented by Harvest Road.
• Supervise and train current and new staff.
• Coordinate daily/weekly planning of activities.
• Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Work as part of a middle management team to achieve common production targets on daily basis.
• Perform other tasks and duties as required from time to time as required by the needs of the business.

• 1+ years of relevant experience within a Feedlot.
• Must have a driver’s licence and own transport.
