This integrated beef supply chain ranges from north to southwest of Western Australia and is based on best-practice ecological planning and animal welfare management.

Opportunity:
We are currently seeking an energetic and positive Operations Manager with a passion for animal welfare to join our expanding business based at our feeding facility near Moora, WA. This is WA’s largest feeding facility and is designed to supply Harvest Road’s processing facility, Harvey Beef.

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager – Koojan Downs Feedlot, you will lead the routine care and feeding of cattle kept in the feeding facility and oversee the operational process of the feeding facilities. You will be a self-motivated person who is hands on and is passionate about the agriculture industry. You will have a strong work ethic and be willing to learn and contribute to the team.

Your primary responsibility will be the operations of the feeding facility and ensuring the operational deliverables and staff are managed in accordance with Harvest Road’s quality, safety and animal welfare policies and procedures. You will ensure that proper husbandry techniques and feeding programs are in place to promote optimal growth.

Key Responsibilities of the role:
• Ensure the coordination of daily activities and resources required across various departments of the feeding facility.
• Assist the Business Unit Manager in the facilitation and coordination of management meetings that are conducted weekly and any other operational meetings required across the feedlot.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high performing team to effectively carry out all aspects of the day-to-day operations.
• Backfilling for leave and other unexpected events when required.
• Lead and train a team in the safe and low stress handling of all livestock.
• Ensure that all Quality Assurance, OH&S and Environmental policies and procedures are being implemented throughout the feedlot.
• Take a leadership role in the implementation of the training systems across the feedlot to ensure that adequate training and the development of staff skills meets the business requirements.
• Manage cost responsibilities within budgetary limitations of the business in consultation with the Business Unit Manager.
• Provide positive input into the planning and structuring of the business operational requirements in conjunction with executive management and feedlot line management where required.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in in the operation and management of a livestock enterprise.
• Proven staff management experience.
• Progressive and positive attitude.
• Genuine dedication to animal welfare.
• Ability to adapt and deal with change, challenges and take on new responsibilities and opportunities as they arise.

• Willingness to fill in across all operational requirements when required.

About the Role
As a motivated Feedmill Leading Hand, you will be passionate about agriculture and cattle, committed to continuous learning, and focused on safety. Apply knowledge of cattle nutrition to support feeding programs

Located near Moora, WA we are WA’s largest feeding facility and are designed to supply Harvest Road’s processing facility, Harvey Beef.

You will play a critical leadership role in managing projects effectively and to scope, role model technical best practice and establish purpose built standard policies and procedures to support and improve.

Key Responsibilities of the role:
· Processing of supplier invoices, ensuring correct coding and approvals in collaboration with Harvest Road finance team.
· Raise purchase requisitions and handle invoices in Mediusflow.
· Handle vendor payments and records in Elynx.
· Assisting office staff and management with Medius Flow where required.
· Maintain medical supplies and equipment as per authority of supplier.
· Weighbridge operation of all commodity receivals including grain sampling.
· Weighbridge operation of livestock receival and dispatch when required.
· Respond to enquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
· Coordinate supply, filing and invoicing for all commodity contracts with feedlot and feed mill managers.
· Assist with inventory management and carry out monthly stock take procedures.

Ideal skillset:
· At least 2+ years of experience with data entry and administration.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Prior experience working in the region and/or agricultural industry and understanding of agricultural supply chains.
· Strong focus on safety, animal welfare and bio-security standards.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
· Strong computer skills including MS Office.

Reporting to the Livestock Manager this opportunity will suit a self-motivated person who is hands on and is passionate about the agriculture industry. You will have a strong work ethic and be willing to learn and contribute to the team.

• These are permanent positions, those on short term/working holiday visas will not be considered.
• You will need to have a current driver’s licence and own transport.

Key Responsibilities of the role:
• Carrying out all day-to-day livestock operations at Koojan Downs, including stock husbandry and all aspects of cattle health.
• Ensuring that policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Communication with the other members of the crew and facility management.
• Unload and load cattle into and out of the facility for processing.
• Supporting the Livestock Manager to coordinate and perform the movement of cattle.
• Recording of cattle movements and treatments in livestock management software.
• Ability to pen ride to observe the welfare of the animals daily.
• Administering medicine or performing simple welfare tasks on an animal.
• Ability to undertake autopsy of deceased animals to identify cause of death.
• Other duties as required.

Ideal skillset:
• Must be a capable and experienced horse rider with at least 12 months of experience.
• Must have a driver’s licence and own transport.
• Willingness to work on a roster basis (10:4).
• Agricultural knowledge and cattle experience essential.

We are currently seeking permanent, full-time self-motivated, and skilled Machinery Operators to join our team at our state-of-the-art feeding facility near Moora, WA. This is WA’s largest feeding facility and is designed to supply Harvest Road’s processing facility, Harvey Beef.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in the daily operation of equipment; including loaders, trucks, telehandlers, light vehicles and other machinery carrying out tasks such as pen cleaning, composting and small earthmoving tasks. This position will suit someone who is self-motivated and willing to relocate to a rural environment (this is a 10:4 roster) and work within a tight well-supported and team driven environment.

You will have:
• Current driver’s licence (Preferably minimum HR, with HC or MC licence highly regarded).
• Previous experience with machinery including using a loader and skid steer loader with a focus on safety.
• High attention to detail.
• Good mechanical knowledge.
• Initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter, motivated and hard-working, willing to be part of the small team.
• Ability to work independently.
• Candidates will be required to Pass a National Police Clearance and pre-employment medical assessment. The role will require a suitable level of fitness to carry out the duties.

Full-Time | Coonamble, NSW

Coonamble Feedlot is seeking a practical, reliable Livestock Hand to support daily cattle operations in a safety-first, well-run feedlot environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys livestock work, takes pride in animal welfare, and can work well in a team.

Horses are essential for this role. You must be confident handling and riding horses for stock work, and comfortable working around livestock in yards and pens.

What you’ll be doing

- Cattle handling, drafting, movements and yard work using low-stress methods

- Daily livestock observations (health, behaviour, feed/water) and reporting issues early

- Assisting with treatments as directed and supporting hospital/processing tasks

- Completing basic livestock records and following site procedures

Purpose
We are seeking motivated Feedmill Hands to join our expanding team. These people will work every day in the feedlot feedmill and commodity related operations area.
This role is to support in the production and distribution sustainable stock feed across the feedlot including the operating of tractors and mixer wagons to complete daily feeding of cattle.
You’ll be a proactive and positive member of the Condabri Beef team, who has a passion for cattle, willingness to learn and be part of an expanding family organisation.


Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
• Driving/operating tractors and mixer wagons to load feed, mix and deliver rations to pens as directed.
• Operating front end loaders, telehandlers and tractors with attachments.
• Perform safety and maintenance checks and pre starts on machinery before and after operations and recording and reporting of any issues.
• Coordinate with management to ensure mill and feeding operations are run efficiently to optimise feed intake, maximise production and minimise operating costs.
• Ensure facility hygiene and maintenance programs to maximise efficiency.
• Operating the mill to maintain a high level of quality control in accordance with quality management standards implemented by the company.
• Daily team communication and alignment with Livestock, Maintenance, Office and Logistics.
• General feedlot duties including operating machinery and maintenance.
• Perform other tasks and duties as required from time to time as required by the needs of the business.


Ideal skillset;
• Driver’s licence and own transport essential.
• Willingness to work on a roster basis (10 days on / 4 days off).

About Us
Condabri Beef (Drury Farming Company Pty Ltd) is a family-owned, vertically integrated agribusiness with operations spanning Feedlotting, Backgrounding, Farming, and Logistics. Located just 18 km from Miles and 25 km from Condamine.

With our expanded state-of-the-art 35,000-head feedlot completed, we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Workshop Storeperson to join our maintenance team. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a high-performing agricultural business.



The Opportunity

As Workshop Storeperson you will report to the Workshop Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our maintenance operations running smoothly, supporting technicians, managing stock, and ensuring parts are ready when needed.



Key Responsibilities:

Use Gearbox (maintenance management software) to manage parts inventory and job records

Receive, check, and organise parts and consumables

Pick and prepare parts for jobs, and manage stock levels accurately

Travel to local suppliers for parts pickups

Liaise with technicians and suppliers professionally

Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised parts store and workshop

Assist with general workshop duties as required

Support basic maintenance training for equipment operators



What You’ll Bring

Mechanical aptitude or experience with spare parts

Good computer skills (inventory/order systems essential)

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication and a team-oriented mindset

Forklift licence (advantageous) and current driver’s licence

Physically fit with a commitment to safe work practices

High attention to detail and ability to work independently

A ‘can do’ attitude and neat, professional presentation
