MPM Program - Course 16
ALFA's Margin & People Management (MPM) Program is designed to provide lot feeders and industry professionals with a deeper understanding of how to manage a modern feedlot business.
The Program is run annually over several months, delivered via 4 x 2-day training sessions to a maximum of 12 participants. The group gathers three times in Sydney/Brisbane for the sessions delivered by a range of facilitators; the final session is a feedlot tour, where participants hear from Feedlot Managers who have graduated from the Program.
The training is aimed at feedlot employees and industry professionals who aspire to becoming a Manager or gaining a leadership role in their business. It is also valuable for those employees who already manage a number of staff and are looking to gain further skills in the area of people management or perhaps seeking a better understanding of general business management.

To pay on invoice, please apply the code 'invoice' upon checkout. ALFA Accounts will issue an invoice directly with the correct amount post checkout. Please allow 2-4 days for this to be issued.
Please note that this program holds a lengthy waitlist, and positions on the program are offered in order of received expression of interest. If you would like to reserve a position on a future program, please email email@example.com. Only feedlots/businesses/individuals that have been offered a position directly by ALFA should use this online order form to confirm their position on the program.
After check out, you will be provided an enrollment link for the participant to complete. If you can please forward this to your staff member as soon as possible to complete their enrolment into the program.
Refunds & Cancellations
Given the upfront costs expended by ALFA for the organisation of the training program, refunds will not be issued unless cancellations are received in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 2-months before the date of the first session.
If the registered person is unable to participate in any of the sessions, your feedlot/business may nominate a substitute employee to attend the session, otherwise, this session is forfeited. No part refunds will be issued, nor will there be an ability to attend the session at a later date
