ALFA’s Closing the Loop: Pen Maintenance, Composting and Sustainability workshop will be delivered in-person across Australia in 2026. Registration details will be available closer to the date.

This workshop will benefit all feedlot staff, particularly staff members who work within or with the maintenance team.  

The workshop will also benefit those involved as suppliers to the feedlot industry, including those in composting, pen maintenance and sustainability, by offering an insight into how quality inputs and services directly impact animal welfare, operational efficiency, and the production of a premium finished product.

Program to be delivered over a 1-day workshop, half day in classroom, half day on feedlot (approx. 8am – 3:30pm).
