Our 24-month program will see you engage in management and leadership workshops, industry run courses & complete a self-elected project.
Successful candidates who participate in this program will ascertain the skills required to become a future leader in the beef industry and develop a holistic understanding of feedlotting.
Rotations within the program include: Business Safety & Quality Assurance Ration Allocation, Delivery & Commodity Management Breeding, Backgrounding and Procurement of Livestock Livestock Health, Husbandry and Management Practices Maintenance of Plant and Equipment Project, Performance and People Management

Our Trainee Manager Program is designed to provide participants with exposure to all disciplines involved in lot feeding on a rotational basis. The program also enables trainees to gain as much hands on practical experience as possible, with the view of establishing a skill-set that will enable them to manage each area of the feedlot when required.
Our program provides a unique insight into how a successful family business works, and participants receive one on one mentoring from our highly experienced senior leadership team.
Each year we look for new candidates with a passion for agriculture and a thirst for knowledge and experience. The number of high calibre people that have transitioned through our program is evidence that the program works.
