About the event
The pilot Back to Basics: Environmental Compliance and Sustainability workshop is a new addition to the ALFA Workshop Program. It is designed to enhance practical skills and knowledge in areas such as feedlot pen maintenance, manure utilisation, composting, and environmental management, with the goal of boosting productivity, sustainability, and compliance.
This workshop is a non-accredited workshop targeted at all feedlot staff members, particularly those who work in the maintenance team. The workshop is also relevant to feedlot associated businesses and delivered face-to-face via a one-day facilitated workshop and tour of Grassdale feedlot.
