The Australian Lot Feeders’ Association (ALFA) is the national representative body for the Australian cattle lot feeding industry, representing close to 400 feedlots across the country. The Membership, Events & Communications Manager (maternity leave cover) role is based at the head office in Sydney, NSW alongside the high performing team of eight staff members.
This role is responsible for the management and delivery of the Annual ALFA Membership, Events, Communications and Recognition of Excellence Annual Programs. It is also responsible for the management of two staff members; the Events Coordinator and Communications Coordinator roles.
As a member of a young and dynamic team, the role requires precise attention to detail, strong time management and organisational skills and a hands-on practical approach to deliver successful events, communications, membership services and engagement activities.
